This is a pavilion-type hotel with a central restaurant and a terrace, surrounded by centuries old pine wood and laid by the pebble beach. From the centre of the town of Omiš it is divided by the town walk, in the length of 800 meters, so it can be considered a town hotel. In the settlement circle there is the Church of St. Euphemia dating from the 5th century.
